Research Handbook on ESCR as Human Rights

Research Handbook on ESCR as Human Rights

Research Handbook on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights as Human Rights

The Research Handbook on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights as Human Rights was released in October 2020, offering a combination of practitioner and academic perspectives which provide a comprehensive, cutting-edge analysis of economic, social and cultural rights (ESCR).

The handbook, which features contributions from GI-ESCR Executive Director Magdalena Sep?lveda Carmona and GI-ESCR Board Member Lilian Chenwi, lays out an authoritative analysis of standards and jurisprudence, arguing for an expansive and inclusive approach to ESCR as human rights.
